Mobile website for AMA Roma, the waste utility company covering the whole Rome metropolitan area. A simple and intuitive web app containing the most popular features of the desktop website optimized for mobile.

HTML5 technology combined with smartphone features, such as Geo-localization and offline access, allow Rome’s citizens to enjoy a truly mobile experience and one of the first of its kind in Italy.

Being a state monopoly of a public utility, accessibility was paramount: feature phone support as well as desktop browsers all the way down to IE6. Responsible for Art direction and UI/UX design as well as front end development and CMS integration.
